  I am very happy with the work these guys did. My uncle's property was left abandoned by my cousins for a good amount of years. They were supposed to take care of it and just left it neglected. These guys reached out to me and told me what was going on with the taxes and I was not surprised since I knew who my cousins were. I decided to take matters into my hands and sell the property.
  
  Ngb did everything from A to Z. They gave me the best offer ( I had some guy low ball me and give me an offer so low he was thinking I am some stupid guy) and treated me like family and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend them to everybody going through a situation with the taxes and need to sell. Dont go to nobody else and only to them.

  My family had a piece of property that was problematic, NGB stepped in resolved all the issues. And remained by our side through the entire process. They were informative, prompt and attentive. I would recommend them without hesitation. Business is Business but I felt they offered a personalized human touch.
