  Had a moderately serious collision crash whereby the car was hit from both sides. I knew that the car was in bad shape and needed exceptional professional attention. I knew cross island collision did fantastically clean work because they previously had fixed a door on another vehicle some time ago. They are an amazing group of guys! And Girls! Caryn the receptionist is a living doll! Very helpful, very sweet. The vehicle required an enormous amount of labor and was treated as a priority every day it was in their possession, which was obvious in the immaculate quality of the final product & was immensely appreciated. When the vehicle was ready for pick up, the owner stated if there were any issues at all after driven for a week, just bring the vehicle back and all issues will be addressed. Cross island collision gets five stars plus for being an all around professional outfit, with compassion especially for individuals whose lives have been literally turned upside down from major devastating events. Thank you all!!!
